ZACS BAR - PRIVATE EVENT SPACE

The Baden Powell Hotel has an adjacent event space called Zac’s. Originally named after its proprietor, Zac Felucchi, the bar in the neighbouring terrace house serviced a roving 80s jazz scene until it was taken over in 1993 and turned into a billiard room.

After a specialised renovation, Zac’s has been turned into a classic, luxurious venue catering for groups of up to 120 people. An extensive spirit collection is the feature of the bar, which is attended by expert staff with broad knowledge and affable personalities. Zac’s kitchen, run by Head Chef Raymond Larkins, focuses on a menu of regional Italian antipasti and sharing plates.

Zac’s truly is an autonomous, private area. The venue has its own entry, bathrooms, bar, sound system and outdoor courtyard. The space is available for exclusive hire and is licensed to sell liquor until 3am.
